Trump Town Hall Audience Literally Bursts Out Laughing Over 1 Very Unlikely Claim

President Donald Trump has had a historically unpopular first 100 days in office, and his policies have caused the stock market to tank, the economy to shrink, and longtime allies to accuse the United States of “betrayal.”

But he insisted he hasn’t made a single error.

Trump took questions on Wednesday night as he phoned into a NewsNation town hall event moderated by Chris Cuomo, Bill O’Reilly and Stephen A. Smith.

O’Reilly said he had a question from a “tough guy” named Lee Shapiro: “What’s the biggest mistake you think you’ve made in the first 100 days?”

Trump’s answer was decidedly on-brand.

“I’ll tell you, that’s the toughest question I could have because I don’t really believe I’ve made mistakes,” Trump said.

The audience immediately started laughing.

“I think Lee is reassured,” O’Reilly said with a grin.

“We’re in a transition period,” said Trump as he vowed “tremendous economic victories” over the next year.

“We’re gonna make millions and billions of dollars, but it takes a little while,” he said. “That doesn’t happen overnight, but it will happen much faster than people understand.”
